What shall I do if I am in crisis or feeling suicidal?

Due to the nature of private practice, it is not safe for me to offer a crisis support service or emergency mental health support. If you or any other person are in crisis and need help quickly, please contact your/their GP or call the NHS 111 service.

If it is an emergency, please call 999 or go to A&E, where you will be assessed by trained healthcare professionals who can determine the support you need.
The Samaritans can also be contacted on 116 123.

The following services and additional resources may also be helpful. I endeavour to keep this list up-to-date, but unfortunately cannot guarantee its accuracy. Please inform me of any inaccuracies you notice.
